At Atlas Detailing LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our detailing services and strive to deliver the best results for every client.

 

 

Eligibility for Refunds or Adjustments

 

 

Because our services are performed on-site and tailored to each vehicle, we generally do not issue refunds once a service has been completed. However, we will work with you to make things right if:

 

  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the work performed, and you notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • There are missed areas or issues directly related to the service provided.

 

 

If eligible, we may offer:

 

  • A re-clean or correction of the affected area(s) at no additional cost.

  • Partial or full refund only if a correction is not possible.

 

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

 

  • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions on the vehicle (e.g., paint damage, heavy staining, excessive wear) that cannot be remedied through detailing.

  • Failure to disclose important information about the vehicle prior to service (e.g., special coatings, fragile aftermarket parts).

  • Cancellations or no-shows without proper notice (see cancellation policy below).

 

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee (e.g., $XX or a percentage of the booked service).

 

 

 

How to Request a Refund or Correction

 

 

To request a correction or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment:

 

 

 

We will review your concern promptly and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
